Suntisouk Vandala joined the firm in 2013 as a paralegal and qualified as a lawyer in 2015. He was promoted to Partner in January 2024. 

His practice encompasses foreign direct investments, establishment of enterprises and businesses, mergers and acquisition, joint ventures, employment, banking and finance and general corporate and commercial law.

Suntisouk has been acting for both domestic and international clients.

• Advised and undertook due diligence on Nam Mang 1 Power Company Limited for its project financing transaction.
• Advised Citibank on Lao laws and regulations related to its business of providing Offshore Wealth Services in Lao PDR.

Mergers & Acquisitions

• Advised LCD (Indochina) Pte Ltd of Singapore on the acquisition of shares of Gateway Enterprise Co., Ltd, a residential apartment service provider in Lao PDR.
• Advised Forte Insurance (Cambodia) in its acquisition of Tokojaya Assurance Lao Co., Ltd.
• Advised Komatsu Lao on the acquisition of certain assets.
• Advised and undertook due diligence on behalf of Tsky Development Pte. Ltd. for its acquisition of hotels in Laos.
• Advised DSHK Thailand Co., Ltd on the transfer of shares in DSHK Lao Co., Ltd.

Corporate Commercial and Compliance

• Advised Samsung Electronics (Thailand) on Lao laws and regulations related to the distribution of mobile applications within Laos.
• Advised Delivery Hero Co., Ltd on Lao laws and regulations related to issuance of e-gifts, e-money and e- vouchers.
• Advised and represented North Nong Chanh Complex Development Co., Ltd, a real estate developer, in an investment  by Yunnan Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd, on matters arising from concession agreement, contract administration, legal compliance, licensing and regulatory compliance of investment project in Nong Chanh area, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR;
• Advised Tiktok on Lao Laws and regulations related to launching apps.

Employment and Labour

• Advised Dentons on bidding and employment issues under Lao laws.
• Represented Mekong River Commission to negotiate settlement of a labour dispute with its employeeson employment benefits.
• Advised Forte-Toko Assurance Lao Co., Ltd on employment disputes.
